Rumah Makan Jati is an authentic Indonesian restaurant styled with a Javanese architecture. The basic thing that inspired the establishment of our restaurant is the main wood itself, Jati wood. The name "Rumah Makan Jati" came from one of Indonesian best types of wood "Jati". Jati is a legendary Indonesian wood and remains Indonesia's strongest and best kind of wood, for us Jati become the root of our philosophy. Jati wood has a hard structure and it came from a strong seed as well. In its journey, Jati wood continues to develop into strong irreplaceable wood. Like the jati wood, Jati Restaurant continues to grow and learn in its way to continue to produce the best Indonesian home cook.
We believe that to be able to serve great food, it must be followed by a consistent quality service. The food and the quality of ingredients are an inseparable unity, we then began our journey by choosing the best ingredients to be processed, ranging from herbs, types of vegetables, to fish and chicken. We only use the best and freshest ingredients, for the final touch a blend of Indonesian special spices are adding. 2011 was the year where our dreams and passion were founded, passion to create and serves Indonesian authentic cuisine.
